Refund policy

At MELOKISS , we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible
  • Include proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used items
  • Opened hygiene or personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items, where stated at the time of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges in all cases. The fastest way to receive a different item is to contact support for return approval and, once approved, place a new order.

Return Shipping

Returns must be sent by mail.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@melokiss.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase. This right may not apply to certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
